Terms of Service

• New Clients we will Survey the Grave/Memorial site prior to any work and take photo's and request agreement of the grave condition.

• We will never do any additional works unless this as been agreed in advance.

• Headstone Cleaning in our plans includes a light clean only to remove surface dirt or droppings, should you require a deep clean we would be happy to provide an additional quote for any further works.

• Prior to 1st visit payment arrangements will be agreed, we will Invoice you for the works by email, the visit will continue inline with payments being received.

• Once payment is received we will normally complete the works within 10 working days, though in most cases we aim to complete within 3 working days. Should a service require a longer lead time we will always advise you in advance.

• Our Monthly/Quarterly/Bi-Monthly packages will require a £10 deposit payment which will be deducted from the amount of the last invoice in the service package.

• All fresh flowers and arrangements are sourced from a Local Florist. The floral arrangements and bulbs we use are seasonal, should you require anything specific or wish to upgrade this may incur an additional charge.

• Quality floral arrangements will be used at all times, however after the visit we cannot guarantee that they will not be damaged external factors , such has weather, nature and vandalism are out of our control.

• We cannot accept responsibility or liability for any damage or loss which may occur after our work as been completed and that we have left the Church or Graveyard or such premises.

• Proof of service in the way of pictures prior to start and on completion of service will be taken and emailed on completion to a designated family member or friend.

• Public Liability Insurance up to £1,000,000.
